In 2003 Stoneleigh Developments was incorporated, since then we have been developing industrial land and buildings to a high standard to the requirements of business operators in Dunedin.
A high standard of work has been set and this is to continue on Prime Freehold industrial land the company owns in the Kaikorai Valley area.
This project involved setting up an online resource for prospective tenants in the new Stoneleigh Industrial Park. Going online was an entirely new concept for the client so we kept them informed of every key stage of the project so that they understood what was going on.
The website is split into two keys areas, one for each of the active projects being undertaken by Stoneleigh Developments. Each project has a page for the Artists Impressions and Site Plans, using a nice gallery to display the images.
There is also a page dedicated to contact, so any interested parties can contact the Real estate agents involved in the project to find out more information.
For this project we had a timeframe of two weeks. After the content was put together by the client, we had 3 days to start and finish the website itself - we managed to do this with time to spare. We delivered the project within two weeks to the delight of the client.
